Expression of Interest

VIP Family Day Care are launching "Thriving Families, Change Lives"  Strategy. VIP believes it is important for Educators, Families and our community to not only be represented but to be an active part of our programs and organisations development and governance.

This opportunity is another step towards the delivery of our strategy goals. The role of the QACS committee is to work alongside the Director of VIP Family Day Care, Staff, Educators and community members to provide oversight of VIP’s system of clinical governance, which ensures there is responsibility and accountability within VIP Family Day Care for the delivery of high quality services to children, young people and their families that adheres to both VIP’s and external body standards, measures outcomes (permanency, safety and wellbeing) and ensures child safety and risk management/minimisation processes are embedded throughout the organisation.  

Educators who becomes part of the QACS committee will be fully supported by the Director and the Chair of the Committee in preparation for joining and in being a member.
